HOW BEST TO HYDRATE YOUR BODY
As the heat comes, so does dehydration. Knowing how to hydrate and detox your body is essential. It helps you to live a healthy life and achieve the body goal weight you desire. Apart from the feeling of thirst, it is undoubtedly necessary to hydrate our bodies as often as possible. Reading my previous post on getting drunk for the right reasons, you can see that teas and infusions are the way to go with wellness and self-care. Making infusions and teas can be the trick to get your body into shape and to live a healthier life.
Be it tea with caffeine or infusions of fruits, peels, or spices, this drink can be enjoyed hot or chilled!
Summertime Iced Fruit Infusion to Detox Body
Equipment
- 1 Water Jug
- 1 Pyrex jug
Ingredients
- 1 large orange
- 3 tbsp loose fruit infusion
- 2 cups hot water
- 1/4 cup cut peach
- 1/4 cup watermelon
- 1/4 cup cucumber
- 2 cups ice cubes
Instructions
- Cut your summer fruits and place them in a tray.
- Scoop 3 tbsp of your fruit infusion in an infusion mug or jug.
- Add your 2 cups of hot water to the infusion. After 3 minutes, pour the infusion into your jug of iced cubes and fruits.
- Enjoy your iced fruit infusion and drink all day long!
