This dish was inspired by a trip back to Portugal. On my way through the Algarve, I got some Algarve oranges which are the sweetest oranges I have ever eaten. So big and juicy, are the perfect descriptions for these oranges.
I love Asian noodles but don’t really like sweet foods. Most times after visiting restaurants, I always come across orange noodles but they are packed with sugar making it difficult to eat. In this recipe, no sugar is added at all, and all needed to make this dish are made fresh with readily available ingredients that you buy in the malls.
