To make this bread or cake more beautiful, I cut extra bananas to caramelize the top with sugar to give it that glow that will attract anyone to it.
I have to tell you, my freezer is filled with frozen bananas which I use for smoothies most times but I decided to make a banana cake this time. With readily available ingredients, you can make this BCC with little or no fuss.
The coconut flakes in the cake was just for a little extra crunch but you can totally skip that if you wish. Don’t forget that the art of cooking is making food in your way to please yourself first and then others. I guess that is the diversity in cooking and the reason why everyone’s food tastes different in many ways.
